ERES has launched itself into the swimwear universe more than fifty years ago displaying unique style and know-how. In 1996, ERES is acquired by the CHANEL Group. Since then, ERES has been developing its wardrobe with lingerie, homewear, beachwear and activewear.
Based in Paris and designed in its own Studio of Creation, ERES contributes to the well-being of every woman thanks to elegant, comfortable and sustainable creations.
ERES has a worldwide omnichannel distribution network composed of 22 boutiques, 27 franchises, 237 wholesalers (including department stores, multi-brands and hotels corner stores), 2 ERES e-commerce sites and 15 digital platforms.
ERES continues to expand in new countries and aims now to develop its presence in this USA, Beverly Hills being the first owned boutique in this market.
THE POSITION
Your role is to offer a unique and memorable experience in order to maximize the sales and to establish long term relationships with the customers, in accordance with the standards and the image of Eres.
RESPONSIBILITES
Because of your position of Sales Advisor, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following aspects:
Brand Image
Represent the image of the Maison ERES, constantly adopting an exemplary attitude towards the standards set by the company, and making sure to always maintain an impeccable grooming
Act as a Brand Ambassador by ensuring a perfect welcome and a high quality of service worth of a luxury environment
Share your expertise with the customers as well as your teammates
Sales skills
Master and observe the Eres Art of selling techniques
Have a perfect knowledge of Eres, the collections and the stocks
Know and follow the KPIs
Build and develop your customer portfolio
Support the other Sales associates
Operations
Master sales procedures (including cash desk operations)
Permanently ensure the compliance of the merchandising guidelines, the tidiness of the counters and of the fitting rooms
Participate to the reception of goods, to the stock management and to the boutique reorders
PROFILE
A first experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry is required
Excellent communication and empathy
Strong customer Service Mindset
Shows curiosity and flexibility to adapt to a changing retail environment and be in line with the business development strategy
Structured, organized, show initiative

Pay Rate: $25 - $29 depending on experience + bonus
