WHAT:
Chef Nick Weber of Populaire at South Coast Plaza has created a three-course gastronomic tribute to the musical depicting the story and music of Motown legends, The Temptations. The menu runs nightly during the October 17-29 two-week run of the Tony Award-winning musical, Ain’t Too Proud: The Life and Times of The Temptations at Segerstrom Center for the Arts. It follows the success of Weber’s prix fixe menu inspired by Tina: The Tina Turner Musical in July.

Weber, a music fan, has crafted a culinary journey naming dishes for The Temptations’ many hits, 29 of which are featured in the musical. The menu is served starting at 4pm and is $55 with optional wine pairings $25, exclusive of tax and gratuity.  Reservations advised.
