South Coast Plaza is closed Easter Sunday in observance of the holiday, but our dining options are wide open. You’ll find 12 of our restaurants serving deliciously diverse cuisines for brunch and dinner.

THE CAPITAL GRILLE

 
The Capital Grille’s two-course prix fixe brunch begins with a welcoming basket of warm blueberry bread, freshly baked in-house. Starter choices are New England clam chowder, field greens salad or cold-smoked salmon and avocado toast.

Select from brunch entrées of lobster frittata with butter poached lobster tails, truffle hollandaise and asparagus, or an 8-ounce center-cut filet mignon with soft fried egg, truffle hollandaise asparagus and white cheddar hash brown. A lighter offering is the pan-seared salmon with citrus crab salad and red chili vinaigrette. The dinner menu of contemporary classics is available all day.

A children’s brunch starts with fresh fruit and has entrée options of chicken fingers, mini-cheeseburgers (both served with French fries), mac ‘n cheese, classic French toast, and scrambled eggs with cheese (both served with bacon) followed by ice cream for dessert.

Easter Sunday hours:  10am – 9:30pm (Brunch 10 am – 2pm)

SEASONS 52

 
Seasons 52 offers an à la carte Easter brunch menu as well as the traditional menu. An Easter Green Box is available to preorder for home.

Brunch starters include wood-grilled artichoke flatbread, lump crab cake and lobster bisque. Entrée selections vary from spinach quiche, French toast with fresh blueberry compote, maple vanilla cream and applewood smoked bacon to wood-grilled shrimp and grits, and honey-glazed ham with French green beans and sweet potato mash, maple-pecan streusel.  The featured brunch cocktail is a strawberry-hibiscus margarita.

Perfect for leisurely holiday dining at home is the Easter Green Box with selections of honey-glazed spiral ham, a whole side of cedar plank-roasted salmon or wood-grilled beef tenderloin, with salad, roasted French green beans, sweet potato mash with maple-pecan streusel and six Mini Indulgences. Pick it up chilled, warm at home and enjoy.

Easter Sunday hours:  brunch service, 9am – 2pm. Traditional menu available all day.

MORTON’S THE STEAKHOUSE

Celebrate Easter with an extravagant three-course dinner starring filet and lobster, offered April 15-20.  

First-course choices are a Caesar, Morton’s Greek chopped salad, a cup of lobster bisque or French onion soup gratinée. The entrée is center-cut filet mignon (filet comes 6, 8 or 12-oz) with a cold-water lobster tail.  Select from Morton’s luxurious steak toppings—black truffle butter, blue cheese butter or cognac sauce au poivre. Desserts are Key Lime pie, crème brûlée, espresso pot de crème, and original recipe carrot cake ($6 surcharge).  Morton’s full menu will be available.  Substitutions on the Easter menu are respectfully declined.
