Top Chef World All-Stars Cooking Competition Includes South Coast Plaza Celeb Chef

Vaca chef and co-owner Amar Santana will be one of 16 champions and finalists from around the world to be featured in the 20th season of the Bravo hit television show. Amar was the second-place finalist in Top Chef California, season 13 of the show. The winning chef will take home the Grand Prize of $250,000 provided by the Saratoga Brand, a feature right here in Food & Wine, and will make an appearance at the 40th annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen.
